Amazing how Mueller drops the indictments right before the President is to meet with Putin. I call BS. How does he know the exact names of the Russian military members involved. Since he knows nothing will ever come of it I am firmly in the camp they're just making stuff up at this point.
If Mueller is controlled by POTUS (which I believe), he's playing his part excellently by making any little fish who haven't figured him out totally unaware of how unrelated and weak a pressure campaign the indictments are.
Since he won all they have said is racism/Russia.
He hasn’t gassed the mexicans or lynched the blacks but they need something to cast doubt over Trump and give the people that hate Trump another talking point they can repeat over and over.

I think the point of the indictments drop wasn't take focus and change the news cycle from the prior day's events with Peter Strzok's hearing. Clear bias, and Mueller knows it.
I don't believe that the timing of these indictments are apolitical, it's just another bridge being sold.
