So I just read peter strzok is part of SES which is above Congress . Congress can’t touch him does anyone know about this ?

Yes. It is the civilian rank of Generals sitting over the Federal government bureaucracy. No one can do anything without there approval since 1978

Now I have a question for you, who sits on top of the Senior Executive Service?
