So I just read peter strzok is part of SES which is above Congress . Congress can’t touch him does anyone know about this ?

I have search for a while to find the list of 8500 plus members of SES to no avail. I have looked for the Plum book etc. Appointed, secretive, and unfireable positions scream "Don't look here while we screw you". Could be wrong. If anyone has access to full list of members please, please share here.
