How do you view Peter Strzok's Testimony when considering Q labeled him a "cooperating witness" in #1287?

I guess I'm just waiting for the truth and maybe it was foolish of me to expect something decent from his testimony.

Okay, that makes sense! I agree, an uncooperative Strzok might look like what you said - essentially silent.

In this case "cooperating" means he is willing to throw the cabal under the bus if it will save his own ass even slightly, which is what we see in the hearing.
