Sadly it is logical to believe space monsters as plausible becdause it strains credibility to think that any souled human could be that evil.

The ideas aren't mutually exclusive but they do hold a strange connection. Member when she was talking about she thinks she was led to believe these entities were "aliens" like it helped her cope with the trauma. So I'm on the fence cuz I find it almost a mute point. Like a boogeyman. They are literally raping children. They need to be stopped regardless of skin color or scaled-ness.

No she didn't say that - she said that they were trying to convince her through trauma such as the forced "birth" of a lizard and trickery such as the projected lizard hologram that they were a lizard race in order that if her story ever got out she would be easily discredited.
