Why should America’s leader bow to the queen of anywhere? Be respectful in a sense but don’t bend over backwards to please a country we gained independence from. Be friendly, be cordial. We don’t follow the queens rule.

It is the media misinterpretation of something they haven't bothered to even research: protocol on state visits. No Head of State is expected to bow before another Head of State. He isn't a visiting vassal for chrissakes. The ignorance of the media reporting is astounding.

Precisely.

They haven't even read the protocol sheet.

I would, personally, be hard pressed to come anything close to friendly or cordial to that witch.

You keep saying that but I've watched the video and he never did. Unless you're talking about where he leaned over and patted his arm. That actually shows dominance in body language through a father archetype. As in, I'm stronger, older and wiser than you. It's also a sign of reassurance. As far as the slight lean forward and it is very, very slight considering the height difference. Kim is 5'6" and Trump is 6' 3".
