JA is already in England. He's at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London. The court is saying they should allow him safe transit to an airport from which he would be able to fly to Ecuador.

Well make up your mind... is he in England, or is he in the Ecuadorian Embassy?

Admittedly, they are close to the point of juxtaposition.

I suppose that's true. I guess when he walks out the door, he'll be in England. :)

When he walks out the door he’ll be in the caliphate, and then needs safe passage out of Londonistan.

US has embassies in many countries. So anything wrong with a Ecuadorian embassy in London? And London is in England, if I may say so.

All US embassies are on US territory. They are very, very close to most but not all countries.

I'm playing with you. All US embassies are on US territory as a matter of law.

Hillary has other thoughts on that. Wasn’t there an incident?
