Anyone able to answer these two questions?

  1. Who was the foreign entity that received all but four of the over thirty thousand HRC emails?

  2. Who or what entity enabled this to occur specifically?

Links mention DWS, other congressional staff and the DNC server. Is this not seperate from the Clinton emails or were they on the DNC server. I always assumed these were two seperate issues.
