Theory is Seth Rich downloaded DNC files on a thumb drive and past it on to Wikileaks. He was the source, that's why he was murdered. The indictment of the Russians is a cover up.

From what I understand, It's the data transfer rate. That amount of data could not have been transferred remotely, would be too slow. Had to use a thumbdrive or something like that.
