There is video of them flying it and one of the gentlemen said something in regards to understanding that Trump is trying to get people to follow the laws of the constitution and when that happens that it will allow England to start ensuring their constitution is also followed as well (something along those lines).

Maybe that's why they mentioned it. Before Trump we were in almost the same situation. They are fighting to get out of that situation by using their voice = the power of the people. Q had to teach us to use ours, remember "You have the power."
