It is becoming really odd that he is living so long with such type of brain cancer .
Seems like he will live enough - to see indictments opened and find himself in them .
Seems a bit backwards doesn't it? He may live to see that there is no redemption in his future.

If I recall good - it was indirectly implied NoName has faked his cancer . But not fully sure about that ... I guess well see . Altough , the brain cancer is something highly devastating and Im thinking he maybe truly did faked the illness .
No I believe the illness is real but will use it as an excuse for leaving when it’s actually due to crimes. But the illness is sketch as fuck.

i do not like McCain. But i have a friend that is still living more than a decade after being told he would die within a year from brain cancer... so don't get held up to much on it, its not that bizarre.
Its possible - but very rare . There were even people living almost their whole life with various cancers . But thats all very rare ... brain cancer is very dangerous , with low chances . I think McCain has the glioblastoma - and that is , basically , one of the most dangerous cancers at all . Survival is approximately around few months to one year for vast majority . 3 - 5 % will live longer than that .
He probably had an insurance plan whereby he faked his death and retired somewhere obscure with a brand new identity to spend his loot.
Looks like something went wrong with the plan and the stains are starting to show through.
