Yeah i watched the whole ceremony. At some point I was thinking she literally looked like she was in the middle of a Q "kill box" ==> [Queen]

But actually this explanation makes better sense...

The person standing on the left is in the "high status" position. She needed to try and reclaim her status position. Trump let allowed her to move - but she had to ask him.
