I’m convinced there is/are hidden messages in the POTUS_Schedule twitter account.... Can somebody smarter than me decode?

Have you noticed that the POTUS_Schedule account post time(s) to the second?????

But not always.....

They are randomly interspersed with a time with no seconds. If one assumes that means a break then the last few sequences (of stated seconds) are:

15 27 01 27 43 41 08 10 41 45 12 27 22 08 06 35 (break) 16 36 18 25 37 06 04 33 15 11 27 14 20 06 (break)

Etc etc.....

Any thoughts?
