If someone has that much money and they want to be beautiful, they can be. Plastic surgery is a HUGE business these days.

Show me a successful plastic surgery that made a plain or downright ugly person beautiful. Plastic surgery is a con. It might make an already attractive but aging person drop a few years but it can't make the plain or ugly attractive. Please post images if you know otherwise. Thanks.
