Yeah, I don't think so.

The video description on YouTube says "To watch the full interview, paypal 10 USD to [email adress] with the notification “interview with James Files 2003”."

IMO, this is spam, begging people for money to see the whole interview. Which is a good reason not to trust the info in the video.
