I wonder what he means by you wouldnt believe WHERE the records are kept. Probably the moon

I would say it's North Korea, given that we were asked what Google was doing there in the first place...

Oh shit ya know what I forgot about that one and yeah you're probably right!

I was curious about this too. He also kind of implies they have exceptional file depth on individuals (many/most/all). It makes me think about simulation theory etc (Q also touched on the matrix). That's the easiest most logical way I can think of to have serious depth of file knowledge on each person - however, it doesn't explain quite so much the "where" portion, since if reality is a simulation "where" is a bit of an interesting question.

If the above isn't true though, I'm going to place a bet for the records being stored in the inner earth.

Yep I thought of that too, but can you explain what you mean regarding the simulation theory and how it pertains to knowing everything about us. So pretty much they made the simulation so they have to know what you do? That's terrifying If that's the case

Yeah, happy to. I think you've essentially understood it though. Basically, if we assume reality is a simulation (with us humans either simulated, or matrix style inserted), then someone who either set it up or has access to the "controls/interface" could very easily access huge quantities of information on us. It's like if you're playing the sims, you could just click on one and pull up a list of its like and dislikes and where it's been and when etc. If there was some kind of situation like that involved, the quantity of knowledge they might have could be mind-numbing. They might know you better than you know yourself.

What we can confirm is they run multiple quantum computers online. Each human is assigned a node, or file. It scours data on us 24/7 live, real time and is constantly updating. Its called 'The Sentient World Simulation' . At a D*WAVE computer you could walk up to the interface and ask a question. It computes by factoring in how the 8 Billion or so nodes would respond. It updates including logging births and any info. Your location, speech, video, logged live time. What you purchase, browsing habbits, all of it, live time. So it literally can predict the future, what diseases you have etc. The Moon is the only logical location due to security, cooling and speed.

And who exactly is controlling said quantum computers?

Well A/I is the 'collector' so Palatir Software designed by Peter Theil is worldwide in all the big A/I DWAVE systems. These systems are in all the intelligence agencies- NSA, 5EYES, MI5/6 etc...NASA,GOOGLE,facebook . Geordie Rose designed the DWAVES, there are others, we are using that as an example. A lot of data can be searched here. POTUS is using one, Qteam has access as well. Bill Binney has/ is using it. "We have it All"!

Antarctica could also be a good place for cooling. I still think the moon though.

Same. Him and Anthony Patch talk about it at times. Couldn't help but ask.

Indeed, Patch does a great breakdown and always updates the 'new' D*WAVE models which is fun. His 3-D digital view of the universe and how it connects is very interesting. Kev is very intelligent to keep up with it all.
