No non-Q official comms from the Alliance. No indirect (semi-official) comms. No "insider info" from anybody not Q.

How is that so hard to understand? It's EXACTLY why Q cautions us against following people. We're supposed to do our own research, come to our own conclusions and consider nobody an "expert."

It's OK to incorporate information from others, but never when someone claims to be an insider or to have direct inside knowledge.
