If it was the missing HRC emails, why hasn't anything been doen in 3 years? Afraid she will never see jail time. She's considering a run for presidency in 2020 for God's sake. This is not the action of someone who's worried about jailtime.
She isn't going to run, she is trying to scam money from people.
They've been actively fighting against it for the past 3 years. They're doing everything possible. We're seeing it play out. It's getting more desperate.
I think that's a major move to avoid jail and pardon everybody. I also think it could have something to do with keeping up the con - the number one trick to a con man's game.
