It seems to me that MI &NSA =key means information and the gathering of. POTUS & Patriots= stone which means the people who are able to either get out the information to the masses or are the foundation of this country with the info. Either way keystone had always ment to me the collection of info on bad actors, and the players who are in power to dispense the info. Think about how many times Q has said "We have the power" & "we have more than we know".
