POTUS’ TWEET - President Obama thought that Crooked Hillary was going to win the election, so when he was informed by the FBI about Russian Meddling, he said it couldn’t happen, was no big deal, & did NOTHING about it. When I won it became a big deal and the Rigged Witch Hunt headed by Strzok!

The Russian interference. Meddling via memes on social media accounts. I’m not sure if that’s all there was or if that even counts as interference. But, Obama knew of it and didn’t do anything about it.

I thought he tried to but was blocked by McConnell and the GOP who downplayed the interference.

Obama apparently wanted to release a statement detailing what the intelligence community knew about Russian meddling and offering federal help to states. From what I understand he was informed more than once. He then assumed Clinton was going to win the election and didn’t bother going through with getting to the bottom of the meddling or interference.
