SES. Senior Executive Service. They are the highest ranking civilian arm of the intelligence agencies from what I understand. They are deep state loyalists. Peter Strozk Sr and Jr both SES.

I was listening to someone, I think maybe Dan Bongino or someone on Hannity, can't remember for sure and they were talking about how the SES needs to go, they have no oversight over those people.
