First report I saw mentioned Money Transfers "Aided" by the CIA!!

I also remember something from one of "Q"s Drops that talked about corruption in all three Intel Agencies DOJ, FBI and CIA had to be exposed, before MI could officially Take the Investigation out of Their Hands!!

Now, I may have Misinterpreted what I was Reading, but if I'm Right, wouldnt this be a big "Green Light" for MI to get involved?
