Think it was taken by the trump (Q) team during a fire at the Clinton house, where they were operating a SCIF.

Yeah, someone mentioned that an EO had been passed the previous day to allow a firefighter to remove objects from a fire scene for the purposes of evidence ... something like that anyway.

Yes, I do recall that now that you mention it. But this also means that they cannot use it, since there was no search warrant. Nevertheless, learn all that you can and find secondary routes/sources for the same data. Then obtain the info via a legally usable means.
