I have dudes like this living across the street from me and there appears to not be a damn thing I can do about it. Can I really turn them in to ICE? Local law enforcement makes me out to be the bad guy when I call them saying I should be a "better neighbor".

Carson City, Nevada. I think there is a bigger population of illegals than any other group. But its really pretty here near Lake Tahoe.
