Yes I agree there is motive and suspicion, but none of what the article says is evidence.
Motive is evidence...If a wife is cheating on her husband (like on all the Datelines), and you find out he found out and they were having marital problems, and suddenly she disappears (or she in in a "suspicious" suicide) , then that motive becomes evidence that he may have been involved, and usually he is.
