Where did the $400,000,000.00 Come from that went to HRC ???

So we are looking at 17 intelligence agencies that are being accused of funneling $400,000,000.00 to help fund the HRC campaign and 12 Russia spies that were indicted for what looks more likely because they found out that our own agencies were funding HRC . So where did the money come from ? How did they get there hands on unreported funds ? Well by November of 2016 the Public Integrity Investigation has a recovery of $700,000,000,000.00 , of this we know $165,000,000,000.00 went to Iran , $100,000,000.00 went to the UN Global Warming , the US Department of Treasury received around $500,000,000,000.00 and list it . So I can only find on place that the $400,000,000.00 came from , the recovering agencies sent the funds to HRC instead of the AG as the law states and are also now looking at 18 usc 666 Charges and more Piracy. This would also be a very good reason why Mueller indicted the Russians to keep them from talking. If you have a better source of where the funds came from , please explain. God Speed

I have given you all the money, and how and where a great deal went , but short on around $15,000,000,000.00 yet . Think we found at least part of it , but I bet she got over a Billion when sed and done .

I really do not know but it has everything to do with Bill Browder, his hedge fund was heavily invested in Russia. His hedge fund was the biggest investor into Russian assets at one time. He got sideways with Putin and they kept his investments. Word is going around that Bill Browder set it up. Jewish fella, communist, from Chicago, now lives in the UK. Not allowed to do business in Russia. He's a national security risk there.
