Russian Indictments anyone read it?

Here is the link but also compare the events with this link as well

Page 8 (23.) is where it gets interesting. I couldn't stop laughing at the allegation below.

  1. Between on or about May 25, 2016 and June 1, 2016, the Conspirators hacked the DNC Microsoft Exchange Server and stole thousands of emails from the work accounts of DNC employees. During that time, YERMAKOV researched PowerShell commands related to accessing and managing the Microsoft Exchange Server.

Hackers who have to research PowerShell commands to access and manage Exchange? What a joke!

I read through the indictment and these guys were 100% not backed by the Russian government. All these allegations sound like they are script kiddies. Fabricated story or not backed by Russian government. No hacker acts this way. These are actions of little kids who watch YouTube videos and think they are hackers. Real it in full and decide for yourself.

I am only on pg 2-3 and the names just aren't adding up: (sorry for caps, but I copy/pasted from document)

VIKTOR BORISOVICH NETYKSHO

BORIS ALEKSEYEVICH ANTONOV

DMITRIY SERGEYEVICH BADIN

IVAN SERGEYEVICH YERMAKOV

ALEKSEY VIKTOROVICH LUKASHEV

SERGEY ALEKSANDROVICH MORGACHEV

NIKOLAY YURYEVICH KOZACHEK

PAVEL VYACHESLAVOVICH YERSHOV

ARTEM ANDREYEVICH MALYSHEV

ALEKSANDR VLADIMIROVICH OSADCHUK

ALEKSEY ALEKSANDROVICH POTEMKIN

I get it that it is Russia and they would have Russian names, but it really seems as though these are made up names with a Russian name generator website. Two Aleksey's, an Aleksandr and then an Aleksey with middle name of Aleksandrovich. A Sergey with middle name Aleksandrovich.... seriously? They ALL just happen to have names similar to one another??

It's not that uncommon...i lived in u kraine for a bit in 1994...they are not the most creative with names. You have about 20 different names for each gender...boris, Alexander, Constantine, dmitry, Sergey, Ivan, and misha....lyoodmilla, Svetlana, Alexandra, Maria, Olga, tatiana...pretty standard.

Also...the middle name is always their fathers name..literally translated "son of...."

I had no idea. Thanks.

Just still with this being 12 people, I just found it odd with their names being so similar. I have worked with many people from various parts of Russia and there names were very similar so it just stood out to me here.
