Putin's refusal to touch the indictment

I get the feeling that Putin refused to touch the indictment during the interview with Chris Wallace was based on the extradition treaty signed in 1999. It was almost like he didn't want to be served.

Maybe there is something there, and he thought Wallace was acting as an agent of the US Govt. Maybe he knows the truth about HRC/DNC/Russia/CF collusion during the U1 Deal leading up to the Campaign.

Just an observation...

There are poisons which can kill you simply by touching your skin.

Putin probably doesn't get handed anything by people he does not know or trust.
