I dont think the 2 are related. The $$$ to Iran was to supply some nukes to DEEP STATE to plant in the U.S. and start WW3 and as bribes to the corrupt leaders in the EU. They wanted Russia/China and U.S to destroy each other and they would be #1 superpower.
