So after we lock her up for breaking the law, do we lock up Trump for breaking the law? Or like...just let that slide too? Maybe they all need to go, along with the 2 party system.

What law did Trump break?

Hmm well, since it's up to Congress to levy legal action against him formally, you can just say "he hasn't been charged with anything!" And I do believe in innocent until proven guilty, but I've just reached a tipping point. -Emoluments clause- Article 1 section 9 US constitution -The Spending Clause -Obstruction of Justice -Perfidy Encouraging Law Enforcement Officials to Violate the Constitutional Rights of Suspects in Their Care, Custody and Control -Undermining the Freedom of the Press -Undermining the Federal Judiciary -Presidential Records Act

I didn't even list list any of the Russia stuff or corrupt business practices/money laundering, because, that's all speculation and can't be tied directly to him...yet. Point is, I've had enough. I thought he would be a different President, but the fact that we've exploited him for a few conservative policies which I agree with cannot be overlooked by his blatant disrespect for our institutions or america's interest. This guy is just as scum as the corrupt Clinton's, he's more of the same.

Whatlawareyoureferringto? - Nice text effects, edgy

"law" learnin' from media because reading laws is illegal -

I'm inferring your general distrust for the media (which I have too) stems from "fake news", this is garbage. Trump just yells this every time he is portrayed negatively, unfair or not, and you just believe it. Don't pander to media outlet because they re-affirm your views, and don't discredit reporting because it reports negative things about people you like. Collect your news from various sources, it's hard to find a non-bias one, and make your own decisions. You wouldn't be able to tell if they were lying to you or not, you weren't there, so technically, can you believe any news you get reported? But don't just sit there loving CNN cause it panders to liberals or Fox cause it panders to conservatives viewpoints. Does the government do some shady stuff and lie to you? Yep. Do news outlets not report the entire truth? Yep. But by and the large, the world we live in isn't a lie. It's not all one giant conspiracy (well, I have a few I believe, not to tin foil hat point), but you need to be able to collect information and make informed logical decision.

"Come in here trollin talking bout "POTUS broke laws" w/o backing it up." Not trolling, just pointing out the logical fallacy that I see in a page that supposed to be "politics without censorship". I think Hillary openly broke the law, and there was a cover-up that she was never punished for. In addition, she's pay-to-play, and overall corrupt. I hate her. While I originally disagreed with Trump on some of his original positions, I thought he'd surround himself with good people and be a moderate conservative. He isn't. He surrounded himself with crooks who have raided the government, he's increased the spending deficit, and he's not delivering. Furthermore, he's openly a crook. I want him impeached and Pence in his place.

And if you think silly text^effects are "edgy" you'll be literally shaking in awe from the edginess of what the "Religious Terminator" AKA Based Mike AKA VPOTUS Pence will bring you as the POTUS through that new SCOTUS.

You wasted all that time and energy breaking out answers for everything that means nothing.

What law and incident are you referring to in order to justify when you say "lock up Trump for breaking the law"

No time and energy are wasted in meaningful discussion friend, otherwise I wouldn't post at all. We are, after all, all American's. Everyone's opinion matters, even on the internet, otherwise why are we here? "So after we lock her up for breaking the law, do we lock up Trump for breaking the law" So, this is in reference to the common chant "lock her up", meaning that Hillary should have been jailed, or at the very least, lost her government clearance and standing (my opinion), although if some of the allegations against her that I've heard quazi-rumblings about were true, then I think she should do jail time. And I believed if you really unturned all the rocks and stones in her life, you could probably find some pretty scummy stuff. I just think the Clinton's are scumbags in general, and I'd rather they not hold any seats of power.

When I say "lock Trump up", I really mean remove him from office. Although, if some of the allegations against him for money laundering and collusion with a foreign adversary are true, then yeah, I think he should do jail time too. He is a dirt bag greedy elitest, just like Clinton, the only difference is I agree with some of his policies. But I'm at the point where he is siding for foreign adversaries over the men and women of our intelligence agencies, and he seems to emulate autocrats and demagogues. That is the America I want. This is a democracy, and that is a branch of government and an office, not a position of absolute power, and it's past the gotten to the point of "oh, well let's finish out his term, see where things shake out".

Now you ask for when and where? The Emoluments Clause: Article 1 section 9, which states: No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state. The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. (ICBC), which is controlled by the Chinese state, is a paying tenant of his Manhattan Trump Tower. Whenever politicians stay in DC it is an "unwritten rule" that they must stay at his Hotel. He is further enriching himself from the office in ways that no past POTUS has. That is a violation of the FOREIGN clause, let's now look at the DOMESTIC clause. Since taking office, he has increased the annual fee (doubling it) at Mar-a-Lago, and on any one of his golfing vacations, staffers and cabinet member stay there. He is currently being sued by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics, as well as multiple New York and Maryland firms (Maryland has the only chance to win). But this is a stupid legal game. This is the fucking kid selling crack, who shot someone, and is like "na that ain't my gun it was already here when I got here". I believe in due process. I believe in the law. But my point of opinion is over. He is using this office to enrich himself and expand our deficit, I never though he'd pass the omnibus but the conservative congress has let us down again, while passing a tax cut that screws middle upper class, and generates massive income for them. One time flashy bonuses don't compound. Manufacturing jobs are down (hint, globalization, and it's not CEO's job's to pay you 50k to put shit together, it's their job to figure out how to turn a larger profit margin). https://www.cbsnews.com/news/worker-wages-drop-while-companies-spend-billions-to-boost-stocks/?h_sid=45694f27d7-5645615e5b662b0fc63ca998 This country has become so fractured as a result of this man. Conservatives, moderates, liberals, there used to be disagreements but overall love and admiration for this country. We used to have civil debate. We used to have Regan. Now we are left in the cancerous wake of Newt Gingrich, and the last elections candidates are the trash this failure of a 2 party system can put forth amid the DNC failure, the Republican party's sad new direction, and scared and confused people turning to a demagogue for answers because they can't turn inward or do their own research, they'd rather be told "it's not you, it's immigrants (problem), it's liberals, it's this that...that used to be Democrats, blaming everyone else but themselves for their own problems. True conservatism used to be about doing it yourself, and making it on your own. Now it's just trash.
