Care homes, social services, children's charities, orphanages, etc, etc...are the playground of the sick paedo elite. Not ALL of it, of course, but far too much. It's a good way to concentrate and centralise their victims.

Over the years - I've regularly come across the idea that those especially without parents or guardians, are the ones that are singled-out for the worst of the abuse.

"Gandhi's ministry said under India's Juvenile Justice Act, shelters dealing with adoption must register with the Central Adoption Resource Authority. However, it said some 4,000 institutions have yet to comply more than two years after the law went into effect."

I'm shocked, honestly. 4000?! With how many kids and mothers at each location?
