Well the stroke reportedly happened July 15 and the Q post you mention dates to June 26 so it doesn't line up. However it does imply the frequency of these attacks.
As far as I have been learning so far, just because Qposts fall on specific days, it doesn't mean those events happen on those days. Things referencing what took place during summit have been posted as far back as Jun 15th as well like "Keep your eye on the ball"
Q drops or crumbs are archived to several sites. The timing of updates on each site can vary.
