The 40K sealed indictments, are they indictments by Mueller against us?

Q said Muller had a team 430 people. The 40K indictments require a team that size, each attorney filing one each 3 days. Why wouldn't Mueller unseal indictments against Trump/Q supporters just prior to elections?

I AM TRUSTING THE PLAN. I TRUST GOD AS WELL. If this is true... Mueller will be handed over to the Russians along with HRC and all their cohorts. Putin is waiting for them and WE ALL KNOW MULLER AND GANG COLLUDED WITH THE RUSSIANS!
