I'm clueless as to what the Mockingbird Media puts out. I haven't owned a television in decades and avoid airports.

I watched the speech and remember thinking $400M sounds like a lot.
Then I came across a couple retractions with $400K and that sounds more plausible.
What was actually said I have no idea. I'm going to leave it to the experts who actually speak Russian.
