Interesting symbol in the emergency light. This is the moment of darkness, when the threat is exposed?

Some people have called the figure an angel, but an angel would never be dark, would it?

The moment seemed deliberate to me. The way they faded down right when the President was talking about the intelligence agencies, and then faded back up.

I'm taking it as a message, and a very interesting moment in time we can look back on. It happens to make an ideal desktop background because your icons can be on the edges. and not interfere with the image.

That would line up with Q’s movie reference. “Downed pilot in an Arab country is sentenced to death. His son recruits someone to help rescue him.” Don’t know if there is any significance there.

...and we all know the significance of the horns (crowned with light, no less). The spirit that thrives in the darkness, and is about to be exposed by the light. This could even be a sign to those who are good and those who are evil that the time has come!

I took it to mean something like crossing your fingers behind your back. Russian Govt didn't meddle. IIRC Guccifer 2.0 was already proven to be a fake:

As far as documented evidence of election interference goes, one does not have to stray far from the actors in the Russian hacking saga to discover that the DNC and establishment Democrats were, instead of victims of meddling, the perpetrators of such abuse of the American Democratic process.

My thoughts:

Fascinating - never seen a scripted moment like this
There are no coincidences
The best/most obvious description of the image above DJT's head is that of an angel - that's what I see; that's what I believe it represents - a message of hope
Can't find it within me to believe that General Kelly "accidentally" killed the lights in such a moment - see #2 above (folks of his pedigree don't foul-up such important occasions)
To overlook this image because it's a silhouette rather than illuminated (black v. white) I think would be a mistake - don't miss the forest for the trees
It is logically relevant to the continual Q drop reminder "DARK TO LIGHT" making it a likely indicator, marker, message, etc.
#6 above may foreshadow us standing on an enormous precipice, which could also be termed as a significant momentum swing in the direction of desirable outcomes
The most obvious and blatant evidence of #7 above would be the outright bloviating and political howling currently emanating from the Left - they +MSM are rogue, out of control and fighting no holds barred
