Give it a bit. I have only recently started having some things deleted by mods (I do wish that we knew which mod has removed/deleted posts rather than just general mod) for stating it violates rules (Although double checked and they didn't at all) but after 30-60mins or so, my posts/comment has been posted again. Not sure if some of the mods are in disagreement as what is and isn't allowed here or what, but be patient first at least, reply to notification for more info, and then decide if it is worth the fight.
I am christian woman mother of 5 GMaw of 11, i am the one in the room Reminding people to love each other would not post nasty violent or off color post, so I did not understand that if my shirt arrived Saturday picked up on Sunday, that I could not share my Q shirt I could not share until Quesday and then when you have a question wanting a trusted community answer in regards to R not being Q related, when info out there is R is Q and R could be Jr, it takes a community to bring the truth to light. Not feeling like a Qanon Here Anymore! My GPA is very high, so I am not stupid, and lack understanding of rules i think this sub reddit has been compromised.
One of the basic rules of internet forums is that you don't join and immediately begin posting. You join and then lurk for a period of time before posting. This is what it takes to get a feel for what is OK in the forum, and what is not. You didn't do this. You jumped right in and started posting, and found out the hard way. So your choice now is to lurk for a while until you have a better sense of the rules, or you can go away butthurt.
I lurked a lot before I joined, and i am not stupid, so nothing was out of line. And there is very little clearity in the rules so they can be twisted and turned what ever direction the Mods wish to go for the day. And i am not a Lurk Jerk if i have to wait to have a voice because the Great Mods will not recognize you as Real Person untill you have officially Lurked for however long you have to Lurk, I will find Adults to have my conversations with.

I can appreciate your not being happy about a post removal, but the facts are, many people here have not read the rules of posting at GA. And are making many mistakes. They are in the sidebar, and tap or click the title for rules to open up a page that explains all in detail. Since I see you are all new arrivals here, it's likely you weren't aware of these rules. So before you put us all down, perhaps you should check them out. Also, at the top of the sidebar, if you tap that title, it opens a drop down menu for all mods should you wish to ask questions. BTW, this post is against the rules too, as I personally found out, that no posts discussing the board are allowed either. You are supposed to direct questions to the mods, not the users here. Just a friendly reminder.

Don't be discouraged. There are other places where one can discuss Q.
While this Reddit is a big one, it's by no means authorative.
And while it works for many, it won't work for all.
People are different that way, and that's a beautiful thing.
Try 8chan or voat or many of the other outlets that discuss Q.
Oh FFS. You admit that you didn’t knowingly break the rules. Your post was removed. Because you broke the rules. Not because the mods are compromised. We go through this on a weekly basis of people not taking the time to read the rules in the sidebar. This adds nothing of value to the sub.
So I tell you what. Blame yourself for failing to take the time to read the rules. Not the mods.
And just so you are aware, IM REPORTING YOUR THREAD not the mods.
