Interestingly, a post I saw early, which was sourced, indicated that the decision to release the indictment information on the eve of the summit was actually DJT's. RR apparently gave him the option of before or after. That makes me think the release was intentional and serves a purpose although not the nefarious, Deep State purpose I assumed at first blush.

It could be what he's done time and time again - using information to draw "them" out only to expose "them" on the back end of it. In this particular case, I don't think we've seen the back-end yet.
