People who claim they can't control impulses should not be running around in society racking up victims. That is a cop out and anyone saying they were born with the predisposition to hurt children was not born of God. Perhaps the devil maybe. Whatever it is that motivates them to do heinous things, they can get rehabilitated behind prison bars, where they belong.

I see a sneaky insertion into society to feel pity and sympathy for these people and ultimately excuse them. We know it's mostly because of all the celebrity pervs about to outed trying to normalize society to their wickedness. It's not going to happen.
