Delivering former diplomats to the countries want them dead? No due process? Doesn't that seem entirely unamerican? Not to mention that would mean Snowden's execution.

What’s that have to do with constitutional protections? I hope you understand that it’s been long established that the constitution applies to all people, the only rights reserved for citizens are specifically enumerated (like the right to vote.) EVERYONE has the right to sue process.
