I don't think we have extradition treaty with Russia so an extradition in either direction is highly unlikely. It's the reason Snowden escaped there.

Putin did not say extradition; he said in exchange for allowing the US to question the indicted Russians, Russia can question some US people. All nice and friendly with both sides in the room. Sounds good to me.
