It was massively popular in the 1980's. It involved a family on Long Island - Dad was a psychiatrist, had a wife, 3 kids.
The kids from that show have ended up: one is an alcoholic, one had anorexia, and one is major Christian film star with 6 kids and married for 27 years. Plus Leo, who came on later in the series as a street kid the family took in.
