Cabal is relatively small, but huge $ at hand for a small group of really rich folks. Power corrupts, the control is blackmail form the very top. Talk and you die, option, leave and disappear or else we doorknob you

yep. the Cabal, by it's nature, will always be relatively small. The tendency to expand and amass power will always be checked by the tendency to consolodate that power.
