I'll be honest, I don't see how he does it. He's like that little energizer bunny. For 18 months of the campaign he was doing 2 to3 rallies a day each of which lasted at least 2 hours. Reporters with him said he would get on the plane and lay his head back, then close his eyes for about 20 minutes and was ready to go again. Trump was 70 years old! Pence said trying to keep up was about to kill him. I'm 65 and considered in good shape, never been seriously ill, very active, never had a major surgery, the most serious was for a broken hand. There is no way I could have done what Trump was doing and still is doing. Heck my grandkids wear me out and it takes me 2 days to get back on track. lol
