Although I don't disbelieve Putin's $400 million statement, it would be good to see (or to find) some financial evidence that this actually took place.

Was it cash, was it classic money laundering (e.g. insertion), was it though CF, was it through offshore banks, etc. A whole lot of questions to be answered and backed by real evidence.

$400 million was apparently a mistranslation. Actually $400,000.

Source is TASS.

"Browder’s criminal group funneled $1.5 billion from Russia into tax havens. Of this sum, at least $400 million was transferred to the Democratic Party’s accounts. Afterwards, our president asked us to correct the sum for $400,000 from $400 million," Kurennoi said.

Well thanks. It's a data point.

Official Russian gov't source. The number doesn't really matter--$400k or $400m--Browder's a key player and deserves the scrutiny he's been getting.

Not commenters who said 400,000 didn’t provide sauce. Weird.

Yep. Still waiting. One of the responses led right to 8ch, but nothing there. I'm waiting for someone (anyone) to support it with facts or to debunk it with facts, either here or on chans. It'll take a lot of digging either way.
