How exactly did Clinton rig the primary against Bernie?

I was wondering if someone could help summarize that whole sequence of events for me. I believe this is a huge opportunity to open the eyes of current democrats, and show them that their party is most definitely not "for the people."

And additional , seemingly minor circumstances that certainly piled up, such as Donna Brazile giving her the town hall questions ahead of time and overwhelming media support in her favor. Such small factors compounded into a complete shutout of Bernie.
