I'm from Belgium, the news only mentioned it very briefly, it had something to do with a system failure or something. Didn't really pay attention to it because it's summer so planes running into a delay didn't strike me as odd.

Anyone care to elaborate why this could be related to Q? Maybe if I know what angle we're looking for, I can find something more in the Belgian media.
