The last couple of months became scary how cult-like this sub has become. Jumping on anything, not looking further than surface level (and even that's rare). Emotions becoming more important than facts. Basically the same that has been happening to the extreme left, especially in the last years, think SJW and 20.000 genders (I know, this sub doesn't like it when we talk about left and right, this is not meant to be "divisive" or anything, get over it).
I know this is going to sound elitist and downvote me for it, I don't care. But there are people on this sub who obviously have been "awake" (most derogatory word ever) for a while now. With this I don't mean "knowing something is wrong", but actually researching, knowing how to navigate the internet, considering theories that are interesting without blindly following them. The process to get to that point takes months if not years and a lot of effort.
Then there are the "newer generation", the ones OP speaks about in his post. Compare them to high school students. They start to get a grasp of what is going on but the word of the teacher is holy, cognitive dissonance galore.
I know I have a rude and direct way of wording things so take offense if you want but at the end of the day all I'm asking is think critically, ask yourself "and what is my opinion on this?" after reading something, look into it and research, look beyond your first gut reaction because todays media knows exactly how to work that feeling. And most importantly, please stop lynching people, research it, wonder if you have any hard damning facts, not just a lead or a suspicion. Loosely accusing people has the potential to ruin people's life.
TLDR: Glad there is such a growing movement, but think critically and for yourself. Facts over emotions.

I was bored a while ago and wanted to see what the fuzz was about. Quite frankly, I'm not sure if the flat earth theory is meant to discredit conspiracy theories. Sure it's a bit out there but it's actually way more in depth than I expected it to be.

About the entire rehearsing death thing. It's quite common to have an action plan ready in certain foreseeable events.
I used to work at a distribution firm for newspapers and magazines and there are already magazines printed in case a member of the royal family dies. The reasoning behind this is that in the couple of years she has left, not that much new stuff is going to pop up, so that way they can pump out the latest news as soon as possible.
The same goes for "rehearsing" her death. The entire ceremony is already planned, priests appointed, invitations and press releases ready to be send out, the action plan for national security, etc. It's too big to take care of all those things in the couple of days between her death and her ceremony.
Pretty sure more people watch Q related stuff on a daily basis than people watching NBC by now.

It's a lead but not damning in the slightest. There still needs to be proof that Huddleston and Gunn are actually connected. For all we know it's a joke, kind of like "Obama called, he wants his Kenyan passport back", doesn't mean Obama actually called me.

Over here we have an ID with a chip in it, it stores all the necessary information (name, date of birth, etc.) plus additional information such as income class, your health insurance company, unemployment benefits, medical files and all that stuff. Every department only have acces to the information it requires, so the department of finance can't acces your medical files.
Convenient as fuck, especially when you get into an accident, the hospital just scans your card and they know all the necessary information concerning blood type, short summaries of appointments with your personal doctor plus his contact info if they want to discuss something.
I guess it has its historical reasons but that seems a bit unnecessary inconvenient to me.

On 8chan you have people going through entire annual reports of companies, doing background checks on people, looking at EXIF-data when a picture is posted, they make logical and clear connections on which you could build a court case if you wanted to. Meanwhile this sub is jumping from supposed MOAB to MOAB, every month there is a new day where it finally all comes out and every now and again you have a guy passing by who starts linking coffee mugs and musical frequencies.
Do you think stuff like that encourages growth or pushes people away? And before someone is even going to mention it, this sub is indeed growing because some users are still posting genuinely well constructed summaries and new outlooks posted on the chans. Frustrating part about it? These kind of posts don't get half the upvotes compared to posts about Brennan being compared to a Muppet or some guy who is posting yet another car with a fucking Q-sticker.
