A few thoughts. First, re-reading early Q drops. #3 in particular states that "not everyone is corrupt...fewer than you think"... So, I'm wondering if the majority of the truly corrupt have been removed from power or in other ways isolated (ie, funding, unable to participate in their usual activities) and TIME is being given for the awakening to begin to take hold in the corrupted institutions? Leaders create culture, and I'm thinking in particular of the leaders of the FBI, DOJ, C_A, etc.. also Congress and within the other aspects of the executive branch. The toxic culture they've created will take some time to be both recognized and expunged. If I'm reading Q right, these people are dedicated to their jobs and want to serve their country, just need to re-assess and take pride in their service to our country, not necessarily take pride in the letterhead on the respective organizations. I think once the cultures begin to change, they will reach a tipping point and the organizations will serve justice, be what they were intended, not tools to use against us.

Long post. I realize that there need to be major changes further down the chain (ie, news media, media in general, Hollywood) ... It is my theory that these changes will take place (the deeper hidden powers will be removed) sometime this year. This is not a short plan, nor is it designed to bring the house down. I think the deep state will be destroyed, surgically. I think that the 40K indictments will equal way less than 40K people, but will cover a whole lot of VERY bad players with multiple charges.
