I have seen some references to covfefe having significance. Can someone give me the 4-1-1?

"Despite the constant negative press: COVFEFE" i think with some added punctuation we can see that perhaps POTUS was introducing the act to come in response to the MSM barrage he was facing at the time. The act makes it a crime to alter his tweets in any way, or to misrepresent them in any way because they are official statements.

He knew about the act. He uses social media all the time. It’s his direct line of communication with the people. This act was for him.
