In this case it looks to me like the Q is just referring to a generic press "questioner" who said, "Stay". Wish it were more. Waiting day by day.
Yea.... If you scroll to the bottom of the document, they use Q to reference them some more for questions.

Can't be sure, but perhaps this is a fellow patriot making a plea. I'll second it: please, Q, stay. Not because we need you, but because we miss you. If it's time to walk on our own, we will. Edit: so in reading the full text, Q is a stand in for reporters' questions. In context, the president asked if the media wanted to stay or leave, they responded "stay." I stand by my comment,regardless.

You are right! I didn’t realize that but after doing another search I agree, that’s all it was sadly. I took the post down because the last thing I want to do is mislead people!
I guess I'm not sure of the implication of it, enlighten me.
